Dopamina - Daniel Lieberman y Michael Long

Ha sido un gusto leer este libro pues me ha dejado diversas enseñanzas que me llevaron a la reflexión respecto a por qué somos como somos y a la felicidad o el equilibrio que buscamos, como la típica imagen de un conejo yendo por su zanahoria. Nuestros neurotransmisores son clave en nuestro sentir del día a día, obras como esta, nos llevan a ese mundo, donde descubrimos un poco más de nosotros, que la dopamina es abstracción y planeación, que nos lleva a la creatividad, pero también hacia la psicosis y esquizofrenia, que otros neurotranmisores son del aquí y el ahora. 

Pienso que la versión en inglés sería mejor opción, sin embargo aunque leí en español, valió bastante la pena, de mis mejores lecturas de este año contribuyentes a una mayor evolución.
